Your Right to Delete Data
At Drakora Slots, we respect your right to control your personal data. You may request the deletion of all personal data associated with your account at any time.
How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:
- Email Request: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include your registered email address or user ID to help us locate your account.
- In-App: Navigate to Settings > Account > Delete My Data within any of our games.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon processing your request, the following data will be permanently deleted:
- Account profile information (username, email, avatar)
- Game progress and save data
- In-app purchase history
- Usage analytics linked to your account
- Any other personal data associated with your account
Please note: Data deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your data is deleted, you will not be able to recover your game progress, virtual items, or account information.
Processing Time
We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Data We May Retain
In certain cases, we may retain limited data as required by law, including:
- Transaction records for tax and accounting purposes
- Data necessary to comply with legal obligations
- Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you
