1. DRAKORA SLOTS

1.1 Drakora Slots is owned and operated by Zephyrus Technology Inc ("Zephyrus" or the "Company", hereinafter also "Drakora Slots", "We" or "Us"), a corporation incorporated in Delaware, with its registered office at 1500 N Grant St, Ste R, Denver, Colorado, 80203. Some payment processing may be handled by its affiliated payment processing partners.

3.1 When registering on drakoraslots.com You ("You", "Your", "Yourself" or the "Player" interchangeably) enter into an agreement with Drakora Slots.

The English version is the only legal basis of the relationship between you and us and in the case of any discrepancy with respect to a translation of any kind, the English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

4. Drakora Slots Account - Registration

4.1 In order for you to be able to play games and participate in sweepstakes promotions on drakoraslots.com, you must first personally register an account with us ("Drakora Slots Account").

4.2 For a person to be registered as a player with Drakora Slots and use the Website, that person must submit an application for registration and opening of a Drakora Slots Account. The application for the opening of the Drakora Slots Account must be submitted personally, and will require You to provide a set of personal information, namely e-mail, full name, date of birth, address, etc.

4.3 Where the information stipulated in 4.2. is not provided and/or is not deemed to be complete, accurate or up-to-date at any point in time, Drakora Slots reserves the right to suspend the Drakora Slots Account registration and treat any subsequent potentially accepted purchases to the Player's Drakora Slots Account as invalid (and any prizes arising from such purchase as void). Where a Drakora Slots Account is suspended, You should contact customer support at [email protected].

4.4 All applicants must be 18 or such other legal age of majority as determined by any laws which are applicable to you, whichever age is greater or older. Drakora Slots reserves the right to ask for proof of age from any Player and suspend their Drakora Slots Account until satisfactory documentation is provided. Drakora Slots takes its responsibilities in respect of under age players and responsible play very seriously.

4.5 Drakora Slots will not accept registration from individuals:

• a) Under 18 years old or under the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater. It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that their registration of the Service is lawful in their jurisdiction;
• b) Residing in jurisdictions from where it is illegal or where participation in our social gaming or sweepstakes promotions is not permitted. Drakora Slots is not able to verify the legality of the Service in each jurisdiction and it is the User's responsibility to ensure that their use of the Service is lawful;
• c) Provide misleading information or try to pass by third parties.

4.6 Drakora Slots reserves the right to refuse any application for a Drakora Slots Account, at its sole discretion.
