Official Sweepstakes Rules

1. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes Promotion ("Promotion") is sponsored by Zephyrus Technology Inc, operating the Drakora Slots platform ("Sponsor," "we," "us," or "our"). No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater) at the time of entry. Residents of Washington, Michigan, Idaho, California, Connecticut, New York, Tennessee, Louisiana, Maine, Indiana, Oklahoma, Nevada, Illinois, Arizona, Iowa, Delaware, and any other state where prohibited by law are not eligible to participate.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) or persons living in the same household are not eligible.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion is ongoing and runs continuously from the date of launch until terminated by Sponsor with reasonable prior notice to participants.

4. Dual Currency System

Drakora Slots operates a dual-currency system:

Gold Coins (GC): A virtual entertainment currency available for purchase. GC is used for social gameplay only and holds no cash value. GC cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes.
Sweeps Coins (SC): A promotional currency that cannot be purchased directly. SC may be obtained: (a) as a free bonus when purchasing GC; or (b) via the Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) described below. SC can be used in promotional gameplay and redeemed for cash prizes.

GC and SC are completely independent. There is no conversion between GC and SC. Neither currency may be transferred between users.

5. How to Enter — Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To obtain free Sweeps Coins without any purchase, eligible participants may request SC by mailing a handwritten request to:

Each request must include:

Your full legal name
Your registered Drakora Slots username (or email address)
Your return mailing address
A handwritten statement: "I wish to receive free Sweeps Coins for use at Drakora Slots."

Limit: One (1) request per stamped envelope per day. Each valid request will receive 0.5 SC credited to the participant's account within 7–10 business days of receipt.

SC obtained via AMOE is functionally identical to SC obtained as a bonus with GC purchases. All SC carries the same odds of winning regardless of how it was obtained.

6. Prizes and Redemption

Participants may use SC in eligible promotional games. Winnings are credited as SC to the participant's account. Accumulated SC may be redeemed for cash prizes at a rate of 1 SC = $1.00 USD, subject to the following conditions:

Minimum redemption threshold: 5 SC ($5.00 USD)
Participant must complete identity verification (KYC) prior to redemption
Participant must be located in an eligible state at the time of redemption
Redemptions are processed via bank transfer or approved electronic payment method

7. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the specific game played and are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Game outcomes are entirely based on chance. No purchase or payment affects the odds of winning. SC obtained through AMOE and SC obtained as a bonus with GC purchases have identical odds of winning.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Sponsor's control impair the integrity of the Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for: (a) any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of any prize; (b) any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Promotion.

10. Privacy

Information collected from participants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Personal information will be used for the purpose of administering the Promotion, including verifying eligibility, processing prize redemptions, and complying with applicable laws.

11. Disputes

Except where prohibited by law, participants agree that any disputes arising from or related to this Promotion shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in accordance with the Sponsor's Terms of Service. Participants waive any right to bring claims as a class or collective action.

This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
